Healthy Parent Carers programme – now recruiting

The Healthy Parent Carers programme aims to promote better health and wellbeing for parents of children with additional needs and disabilities. The programme was developed in close collaboration with parent carers in the PenCRU Family Faculty. It is a group activity led by a parent carer.

We are now recruiting parent carers who want to improve their health and wellbeing. There are opportunities to take part in a one-day event or participate in six weekly group sessions. The sessions are all held in Exeter during school hours and avoid local school holiday dates.

More information about the programme and study are here: http://www.pencru.org/projectsmeetings/researchprojects/hpcproject/

Do email us if you would like to sign up to take part, or would like to find out more pencru@exeter.ac.uk
